By using this website or booking a service with Fairfax Shine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Services, Quotes & Pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your final price depends on your vehicle's size and condition and the services you choose, and is confirmed with you before work begins. Prices and services may change without notice.
Mobile Service & Location
Our mobile detailing team brings its own water and power. You agree that we have permission to work at the location you provide and that there is reasonable space to work around the vehicle.
Please remove personal items and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment.
Scheduling, Weather & Rescheduling
Interior work can usually continue in light rain. For exterior services, we may reschedule your appointment in bad weather to make sure you get the best result. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at (703) 517-5088.
Payment
Payment is collected after your service is complete and you have inspected the vehicle with us.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the result, let us know during the final walk-through or as soon as possible afterwards and we will work with you to make it right.
Vehicle Condition & Results
We inspect your vehicle before starting and will point out existing damage. Results depend on the vehicle's condition. For example, scratches that go through the clear coat cannot be fully removed by paint correction.
Warranties
Product and service warranties, such as our 5-year ceramic coating warranty, are subject to the terms and care instructions provided at the time of service.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
